Selenite

Selenite is a form of gypsum and can vary in color from colorless transparent to white, to pinkish to peachy with elements of red. Our Selenite is colorless transparent to white. Selenite’s name is derived from the Greek name for the moon Selene.

Selenite is ruled by the Moon and also supports the following zodiac signs: Taurus and Scorpio. It favors the element of air. It can aid in balancing all the chakras especially the Third eye, Crown and Soul Star Chakras. The Soul Star chakra is the eighth chakra and is the seat of the soul. Selenite is great for calming, clarity, clearing, soothing and balancing the physical and etheric bodies overall. It is indispensable in angelic communication. In our humble opinion, selenite is one of the most powerful and underrated stones available today.

• It is known as the Magician’s stone and has been used by healers, alchemists, priests and priestesses from the times of Atlantis and Lemuria to those seeking greater connection with their true spiritual nature.
