What is smudging?

Why smudge? Smudging is the burning and smoke of special herbs, incense, plants, and or the use of aromatherapy to clear out any negative vibrations and replace them with positive ones. In the case of a smudge stick, the smoke and the vibration of the medium being burned incense, resin or special herbs is transmuting the negative energy and transforming it into cleansed energy.

All three Spirit Trees are composed of different types of quartz crystals: amethyst, citrine and clear quartz with rosewood trunks and roots anchored on an amethyst geode base. Quartz is number seven on the Mohs Scale of Mineral Hardness, which is intermediate hardness and durability. However; since these crystals have been molded to conform to the shape of a tree and are rather intricate and delicate and should be treated with care. These are handmade items made of natural stone and wood and will naturally vary in color tones and pattern making each piece a naturally one-of-a-kind work of art. Because of its size, these are perfect for use at home, in an office, curio or as an uplifting gift. Trees embody permanence and longevity. Its firm base epitomizes the notion of roots and an ongoing relationship with the natural world. They symbolize life, growth, nobility, and spiritual evolution.
